Gigi Hadid Lipsticks

Hi guys! I was recently shopping on Sam McCauley's website and I came across the Maybelline X Gigi Hadid make up collection. I know I'm very late in talking about this collection as it was released ages ago but I had never gotten around to testing some of the products when they launched. I noticed that the collection is currently on sale on Sam McCauley's and I decided to pick up two of the lipsticks I had heard about from the collection. I picked up the shades McCall and Taura for only €3.48 each. I think these shades are very pretty pink nudes. The pigmentation is very strong and the formulation is very creamy which means they apply to your lips very easily. I was delighted with this bargain but unfortunately these two shades have since sold out on the website. There are however still some other shades available and other products from the collection are also on sale. So if you're like me and hadn't tried out this collection you can pick up some of the products...

Huda Beauty vs. Primark eyeshadow

Hi guys! Today I'm going to be comparing The Huda Beauty warm brown obsessions eyeshadow palette and the Penney's P.S. nude addiction palette. I was shopping recently in Penney's and when I was in the make up section I came across an eyeshadow palette that is similar to the Huda beauty one I already own. With the positive response from my Instagram poll I decided to do a comparison of these very similar looking palettes. From the packaging perspective they are almost the same except that the P.S. palette is larger and the pan sizes in the Huda one are larger.  These two palettes do have some variations in shades but I chose to do a look with colours that are common to both palettes. I went for a a eye look using to the gold tone shades in both palettes. I used one palette on one eye and the other palette on the other eye.  The results are very clear in my opinion. I cannot tell the difference between which two eye looks. I am delighted with the result as I bought the Huda...

Testing new Dealz make up

Hi guys! Today I'm going to be trying out new make up that has recently launched in Dealz. I don't regularly wear make up from Dealz but I have tested some of their products before. When I was in store the other day I noticed new autumn stock and I picked up two pieces to try out. The first item I picked up was The Make up Gallery Turn Up The Volume and Define Mascara. This mascara comes with a  plastic wand that has a lot of short bristles   on it. It claims to have lengthening fibers that defines, separates and lengthens your lashes. I have worn this mascara a few times now and I must say I am impressed, I didn't expect the mascara to be any good for the price to be totally honest. However it performed as good as most drugstore mascaras would. It lengthened and defined my lashes very nicely. The only downfall with this mascara is it doesn't give my lashes much volume. The other item I picked up in store was the All That Shimmers eyeshadow shimmer in shade Autum...

Jaclyn Hill Vault Collection

Hi guys! Today I'm going to be showing you the new Jaclyn Hill X Morphe Vault Collection. Jaclyn Hill has collaborated with Morphe before but now she has gone and created four more eyeshadow palettes. Now there was some controversy around the first batch of palettes that she sent out. There was an issue of poor pigmentation and chalky application. I have received my parcel form Morphe and I have included swatches of the two most talked about palettes from this Vault to show you what type of pigmentation I received in my batch of palettes. The first palette I want to talk about is the 'Ring The Alarm' one. It consists of beautiful pink, gold and brown shades that make up the warmest toned palette in the collection. I personally tend to wear a lot of warm toned eye looks so I personally think this palette is perfect for anyone who likes their warm shades.  The other palette I wanted to mention and swatch is the 'Dark Magic' palette. This was the palette that there w...

Lacura Hot Cloth Cleanser

Hi guys! I have recently been testing out a new cleanser as I have finally ran out of my Mario Badescu Enzyme Cleansing Gel which I loved. I have been testing out the Lacura Hot Cloth Cleanser. I bought this in Aldi recently for only €4.99. It comes with 200 ml of product and a muslin facial cloth. This product has been rumoured to be dupe for the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser. I personally haven't tried the Liz Earle product so I can't say with certainty if this is a close dupe or not but I have heard a lot of people commenting on how similar these products are.  I have been using the Lacura cleanser for about a week now and I must say I really like it. It has a mild natural scent and claims to be suitable for all skin types. I have dry skin and often cleansers can dry out my skin and make my skin feel very tight after washing it, I find that this cleanser doesn't do that which is great for anyone that suffers from dry skin. I must say even though I ...

Morphe 39A eye look

Hi guys! Morphe have recently brought back the 39A palette due to high demand and I couldn't be more pleased. I bought this palette a while back when it was sold for a limited time. At the time I thought about reviewing it however it went out of stock not long after I purchased it so I didn't think it would be fair to review a product you could no longer get your hands on. So now that it's back I'm going to be showing you a look a created using the palette.  I wanted to create a simple look with this palette using the pink shades. I started by using the palest transition shade and placed that all over my lid focusing it more in the crease. I then used these three purple/pink shades from the top row of the palette in my crease, bringing the most vibrant pink highest up in my crease and placing the other two colours on the outer v of my lid. I then took this deep gold shade and packed that all over my centre lid. I then topped the look off by adding some mascara and...
