I was excited to see the release of the Zoella X Colourpop Brunch Date collection. This collaboration wasn't a very obvious one to me initially. Colourpop are an American brand and aren't widely available in the UK or Europe. Many people have criticised this collaboration as Zoella is not a make up artist and beauty isn't her sole focus anymore. However I do think this is a clever collaboration on Colourpop's behalf as Zoella has such a huge fan base in this part of the world and further afield. As far as I know the only way to purchase Colourpop cosmetics is from their website and there is a shipping fee of $10 to Ireland. I placed my order on the 1st of March and it took about two weeks to arrive from America. I ordered the Brunch Date eyeshadow palette and the ultra matte lip in the shade 'Little one'. Hi guys! Today I'm going to be testing out the brand new palettes from Carter Beauty. I haven't tried this brand before but I have heard a lot of good reviews. They just launched the Zodiac Collection which includes two palettes and a few pairs of eyelashes. I don't have the lashes to try out but I do have both of the palettes. I was drawn to these when I saw them swatched on the Carter Beauty Instagram stories. The pigmentation looked incredible. I ordered these off the Cara Pharmacy website which I will leave a link to down below. The palettes are called the Zodiac palette and the Saturn palette. Each palette has three eyeshadow shades and then a contour, highlight and blush shade. Initially I thought that these palettes looked quite similar to one another however as you can tell from the swatches they are a little different. Hi guys! Morphe have recently brought back the 39A palette due to high demand and I couldn't be more pleased. I bought this palette a while back when it was sold for a limited time. At the time I thought about reviewing it however it went out of stock not long after I purchased it so I didn't think it would be fair to review a product you could no longer get your hands on. So now that it's back I'm going to be showing you a look a created using the palette.  I wanted to create a simple look with this palette using the pink shades. I started by using the palest transition shade and placed that all over my lid focusing it more in the crease. I then used these three purple/pink shades from the top row of the palette in my crease, bringing the most vibrant pink highest up in my crease and placing the other two colours on the outer v of my lid. Hi guys! Today I'm going to be reviewing the new Essence Metal Shock Eyeshadow. I picked up the shade 01 solar explosion which is 1 of 7 shades. I must admit I love the colour range of these eyeshadows. This range seems to have a galactic theme and I will definitely be purchasing more of the shades. This shade is an intense gold shimmer and it applies very evenly. These would look perfect placed all over the lids or in a  half cut crease. The eyeshadow has stunning pigment and reminds me of the Stila Magnificent Metals eyeshadow. However the major difference is the price as the Essence product retails for only €4.40! These are perfect for summer festivals or for a stunning evening look.
