Testing The Ordinary High-Spreadability Fluid Primer

Hi guys! Today I'm going to be sharing my thoughts on The Ordinary High Spreadability Fluid Primer. I bought this online recently as I'm on the hunt for a new primer that won't mattify my face too much but will also keep my foundation on all day. I tested this out with my normal Revolution Beauty Foundation stick in the shade F1. I have been grabbing this foundation a lot recently as it's very quick to apply. I applied the primer under my foundation. The primer has a nice consistency and spread easily on my face. It took a few seconds to dry into my skin. It left my skin feeling a bit tacky which I really like in a primer and also hydrated.
I then continued with the rest of my make up routine. I wore my make up for 9 hours. Initially I was skeptical of this primer but I must say the primer did make my foundation last longer on my face and wasn't drying. My foundation usually begins to break up around my chin and nose areas first but with this primer that seems to have prolonged the wear of the foundation . I really like this primer and I definitely would recommend checking this out.

SOSU Contour Stick

Hi guys! Today I’m going to be reviewing the SoSu contour stick. I’m aware this product has been around for a while now but I have always avoided cream contour products for two reasons. The first being that I don’t want the product to slide around my face and also powder products are easier to use. Secondly, any cream contour products I have come across for reasonable money have been too dark for my skin tone. I purchased the contour stick in the shade ‘Cool’ from my local pharmacy that stocks SoSu products. On application I swiped the contour stick directly onto my face where I would normally apply contour powder and then I used a beauty sponge to blend it out. The stick is very pigmented and it only takes one swipe to apply. It’s very smooth on the skin and the product is easy to build up if you want a more prominent contour. Upcycling my bedside locker

 Hi! Today I wanted to show you a piece of furniture I recently upcycled. I have this bedside locker for a few years. However the top of it have been damaged by nail varnish and it has some wear and tear marks. I decided to paint it one of my favourite colours from Dulux which is Mid Shadow. I picked up everything I needed from Bandon Co-Op Retail and Garden Centre. I will link what I bought down below.  I started by cleaning the locker with a damp cloth and then waited for it to dry. I removed the drawer knobs. Then I lightly sanded down the surfaces with some sanding paper. This creates a key for the paint to adhere to when you are applying it. I started applying my satinwood to the locker. I decided to purchase the water based satinwood as it drys quickly and is more environmentally friendly.
